  • Description;
  • A silver-plated saxophone with rolled tone holes.

    Julius Keilwerth once learned the trade at Kohlert in Graslitz but started his own workshop around 1925, which grew into the largest saxophone factory in Europe with approximately 150 employees at the start of the Second World War. After the Second World War, the production facilities became part of the Czech Amati concern. Which, in addition to the Toneking models, also took over the serial numbering. Very confusing. Julius Keilwerth started again in Nauheim in Germany and still exists as part of the Buffet Crampon concern.

    The Toneking models were made in the 1950s and 1960s with plastic key protectors (the angel wing).

    The wing is a little damaged, An alternative can be offered.
